Ball screw CNC set normally consists of ball screw, ball nut, nut housing (aluminum alloy or steel material), end supports (BKBF, EKEF, or FKFF), and coupling. Alternatively, a motor bracket can be used to connect the ball screw to a servo or stepper motor. We have standard end machining drawings like the following, or it is perfect to send us drawings.

A: C5 precision is for grinding ball screw, with an accuracy of 18 μm in 300mm. C7 precision is for rolled ball screw, with an accuracy of 50 μm in 300mm. C5 precision is better and the price is higher.
6.2 Q: What is the delivery time for C5 and C7 precision ball screw?
A: Normally, the delivery time is about one week. For bulk orders, it is about 7-15 days.
6.3 Q: Do you produce samples for ball screws? Are they free or charge?
A: We can produce ball screw samples for testing purposes. They are charged.
