Micro ball screw is with very small diameter and length. The smallest diameter can be 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm and 14mm. The length is not more than 500mm, the shorter the better. The reason is the diameter is too small, if length too long it is dangerous to broken.

SFK series ball nut is with four mounting holes, while other types ball screw mainly has six or eight mounting holes. Usually, it need customized ends supports and nut housing. We can provide ends support from 8mm diameter ball screw, so for 4mm and 6mm diameter ends support need to do by customers.

Ball screw mechanism needs good lubrication when running, so lubricating oil or grease should be regularly added. Oil hole for lubricating oil. Cleaning and maintenance are also very important to extend service life.
