The main material is SUS440C stainless steel, which can prevent rust on linear rails and extend their service life. They are popularly used in bad environments such as wet environments, outside environments, and salt or corrosive environments.

For stainless steel linear rails, we currently have four types in the miniature series: MGN...C, MGN...H, MGW...C, and MGW...H. MGN...C is the standard type, MGN...H is the lengthen type, MGW...C is the width type, while MGW...H is the width and lengthen type. If you are unsure about which type to select, please contact our sales team for recommendations on the most suitable item.

6.1 Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trader for linear rails?

A: We are a manufacturer for linear rails, and we also produce ball screws, shafts, and bearings.

6.2 Q: Can we have a choice of linear guide rail materials?

A: Yes, we currently offer stainless steel and S55C steel materials to choose from. S55C material linear guide rail is cheaper and has a large stock, so it can be sent quickly. Stainless steel linear guide rail is a customized material, with a higher price and longer delivery time.

6.3 Q: What is the delivery time?

A: Normally, it is about one week. If the order is large and we do not have stock, it will take about 7-20 days. Please confirm the details with us.

6.4 Q: What are the sizes of your linear guides and block bearings? Are they the same as some famous brands?

A: Our linear guides and block bearings are the same as Hiwin, so it is okay to download 3D drawings from Hiwin.
