1. Product introduction
The nut is an important part of the ball screw mechanism, the performance and quality of the ball screw mechanism largely depends on the nut. Nut is used to secure loads that need to be moved, acting like block bearings on linear guide mechanisms. Generally, the various loads that need to be moved (such as workbench, moving slider) are connected to the nut, then when ball screw move, the nut and connected parts will move together.
2. Product specification
For ball screw nut, XBRT factory now mainly manufacture three types: round style ball nut, iron waist style ball nut, and nylon waist style ball nut. Round style ball nut is the cheapest but not good quality. Iron waist style ball nut is the best quality but expensive price. Nylon waist style ball nut the price higher and quality much better. So, we always recommend nylon waist style ball nut to customers if they do not have high demands.
3. Product feature and application
We currently have SFU, DFU, SFS, SFE, SFK, SFI, DFI series nut and ball screw. SFU nut is cheap and large quantity use in the market. DFU nut is longer than SFU nut, so the load capacity is better but price higher. SFS nut is high speed and low noise. SFE is big lead type, it suits for high-speed situation. SFK nut is miniature type, the diameter and pitch are small, can use in small machines. SFI and DFI nut the nut flange is round.
