Description
The lock nut is a kind of nut widely used in machinery and other industries. Its working principle is self-locking by the friction between the nut and the bolt. We produce precision locknuts, generally have the following types: round lock nuts (R type), square lock nuts (RN type), tooth shape lock nuts (F type).

The R-type locking mode is radial 3-point locking, and its thickness is relatively thin, suitable for the installation environment where the thickness space is limited. When radial locking, because the locking copper is perpendicular to the male thread, when the locking copper torque is too large, it is easy to reduce the axial load of the nut.
RN type lock nut is square type, suitable for bearing support, inner thread and end face are processed at the same time, to ensure the accuracy of organization.
Type F precision locknuts, whose locking copper is designed at a 30° Angle to the thread, does not bear the axial load acting on the thread. When the nut is locked, the thread surface does not contact the load and the nut does not deform. Three equal pitch locking copper can be used to adjust the deviation of other parts to be installed on the shaft. Because the locking copper will not deform, F type nuts can still maintain precision after many disassembly assembly.
