The size and specifications of high assembly and low assembly linear guide are the same, but the slider height is different. The high assembly means that the guide rail and the slider are assembled, and the height is relatively higher for the low assembly. Slider high and low assembly refers to the height of the slider, or the combined height of the slider and guide rail.

EG Series Linear Guide have the following items: EGH15SA, EGH15CA, EGH20SA, EGH20CA, EGH25SA, EGH25CA, EGH30SA, EGH30CA. The difference of EGH…SA and EGH…CA is EGH…SA have two holes, while EGH…CA have four holes. And the length of both block bearings is different.

The low-assembly linear guide uses four rows of steel balls to bear the load design, so that it has the characteristics of high rigidity and high load, and has the four-direction load characteristics, and the function of automatic self-aligning, which can absorb the assembly error of the mounting surface and obtain the demand of high precision.
