Description

Lead screw support FF, is the floated side and contains a stop ring. FF is suitable for vertical direction, it only plays a support role, the fixed side is FK, with locking nut, can fix the screw.

Installation method of lead screw support seat:

(1) Install the fixed side on the screw;

(2) Insert the fixed side, tighten the locking nut, and fix it with a cushion block and inner hexagon fixing bolt.

(3) The supporting side bearing is fixed to the screw shaft with a stop ring, and loaded into the supporting side support seat.

Note 1: Do not disassemble the support unit.

Note 2: When the screw shaft is inserted into the support unit, be careful not to turn over the flange ball of the oil seal gasket.

Note 3: When pressing the pad block with hex socket fixing bolts, apply adhesive to the hex socket fixing bolts before tightening them to prevent relaxation.
